Are you referring to a Ms Linda Narkie Wayoe, D.O.B. 22/10/80, as if so, she went on to parting the RBS in London of a substantial sum of money by way of an unpaid staff loan, and whose credit rating is in the minus figures. I looks like she honed her skills by working for NER, altogether a thoroughly despicable, fraudulent, deceitful piece of trash, who's amassed a string of judgements to her name and dare not register to vote as her details will be known to her creditors.
I used to work for NER and can tell you now that they are very badly run and a bunch of schemers. Because they offered such dreadfull commission to the staff and a terrible hourly rate, the staff they had were real bottom of the barrel with a high turnover of employees.
The directors started a new company
you want to know more...just ask
Does anyone know how to trace the management / directors and tele sales staff ? I am in the mood to be "compensated" by one of these thieves, as they set up a 2 year deal under my wife's name, claiming to be from Orange. I only want to extract about £1000, to cover costs and possibly a fine for GBH or assault. If I find out first, I will post all details - home, phone, email etc.....
I did not have any problems with the phone I received from NER and was going along quite happily on my 18month contract. I have just changed my phone as my contract has 'run out' and tried to get my pak code from Orange only to be told that I took out a 2year contract and will have to pay 2 months advance to cancel. So whose conning who Orange or NER.Orange say its nothing to do with them. I cannot get hold of NER and my new company insist I am out of contract.
Having read through all these posts, it comes as no surprise that people are not happy with NER. I would like to make it clear that the manager at the time was one of the most genuine people you could ever meet however, the directors where the guilty ones here. They never cared about complaints, the could not give a monkey if anyone is upset, having the wrong hand sets etc, all the cared about was their stinking money! one agent called Linda whom I have seen many refrences off was perhaps the biggest mis seller in the company! and she was the one who made her self the most amount of money!! so that tell you, the directors loved her. Allthough she mis sold (and she reeeeealy mis sold big time) the 3 directors turned a blind eye to it because she was bringing in a serious amount of money to the company. Now as for the manager who I would consider and good friend of mine and my fiancee could do nothing about this and as a result of getting constant stick from the directors packed up is clubs and left the company in disgust. well done mate! So to set the record straight. The ones you realy want to have a big go at are the 3 directors bobbie, inga and Bill as they are nothing but con artists and give telesales a bad name!
JUST THOUGHT ANYONE WHO HAS DEALT WITH NER SHOULD KNOW THAT NER ARE CURRENTLY IN LIQUIDATION AS I FOUND OUT FROM THE COMPANY WHO IS DEALING WITH THEM UNFORTUNATELY I DONT THINK ANYONE WILL GET THEIR MONEY BACK WHO HAS BEEN CONNED BY NER
I myself do not have a contract through NER but my mum has/had a contract with orange which covered both my mum and dad's mobiles. The contract was in my mums name only but they called to offer a new 18 month contract for the number which my dad used and as no one else was in my dad said yes to the contract even though it wasnt in his name. Working for Virgin Media I am familiar with the Data Protection Act and they have wrongly agreed a knew contract with someone who not only isnt the account holder but isnt a third party contact either. After discussions with Orange on behalf of my parents I have recently been told the contract isnt with Orange at all. I was given the telephone number which is a number not in use. How do I contact them now???
My partner got a call from NER saying his contract was up for renewal in Dec 06 so he was happy to upgrade for free with a good tariff. When he got his first bill through they wanted two months payment upfront as NER had arranged a new contract instead of extending his original one they promised they would send a cheque to pay him back for their cock up. Its now 5 months later and after atleast twenty phone calls that just ring out and two letters later we have heard nothing. This expression comes to mind 'Con Artists'.
