• Brilliant service

  Bought a Genesis Vapour 2011 in August 201, I had originally ordered the 2010 model of this bike but got a call from Neil to say that he couldn't get the 2010 but would sell the 2011 model for the same price as the 2010 and with all the extras I wanted. Neil was very helpful especially as this was my first road bike for a number of years. I'll be returning this year to buy another road bike.

• Great Service at Bilsland Cycles

  Have to agree that the guys at Bilsland are first class. Neil's knowledge and relaxed approach including no pushy selling is great. Really knows his bikes and learnt a lot from him regarding bikes, maintenance and kit. Great location and tested a Cannondale CAAD 8 road bike on Glasgow Green for 30 minutes before buying which was excellent considering the money spent. Have a great range of bikes and will go back again for the next road bike.

• Bike repair

  On morning of Pedal for Scotland 2009 a repair to my Shimano Nexus gears was carried out. Without this repair I would not have been able to participate in the event. Very reasonable charge made. Pleasant and extremely helpful.
