unprofessional

When I had an unfortunate accident with one of my guitars, I immediately decided to entrust it to Moon Guitars for repair. Killing some birds with the one stone I put another two guitars in for some paintwork touchups and proper pro setup. The repair work was excellent so guitars looked like new. Unfortunately the manner in which I was dealt with concerning payment was absolutely shocking, considering the work was costing a great deal of money. The fact I was dealing with an insurance claim to pay for the work perhaps gave Mr.Moon the right to treat me in a very unprofessional manner or maybe I wasn't famous enough, I don't know. One of the guitars came back with a really bad buzz which makes it unplayable. I decided not to return to the shop to have the job done properly as being talked to like something on the bottom of someone's shoe is not an experience I particularly enjoyed. For someone with such a good reputation, my experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I have sent/recommended several thousand pounds worth of work to other places.
