    After being quoted 45 plus vat per wheel over the telephone, I dropped the car off and on picking up my car got handed a bill for new valve caps at a cost of 22 pounds, plus a 20 pounds storage fee on top of the original price quoted. After bring these items up I was told I would not receive my car back until invoice was paid in full.
