• Gone downhill!

  Having placed an order 1 month ago I am still waiting for it after having been assured that it would arrive and be ready for collection in 7 days. I even received a telephone call after 2 weeks of placing the order and went to the store to collect. Only to be told that it had not arrived. It is not clear how this error had been made. Finally, after a month I decided to discuss the issue with the company. The employee could not give an answer when I asked the expected delivery date but stated that other customer order are in a similar situation. So, not exactly re-assuring! Ended up cancelling my order and going elsewhere. What a waste of time!
