• Very rude staff, not worth the money

  I've been in here a few times and every time the woman behind the counter has been thoroughly unhelpful. When i told her how I wanted my jeans she questioned me, said 'hmmm' then waltzed off and told me i could pick them up 'later' despite telling me they could do them in an hour. A lot of the designer stores in glasgow use them and it seems this has affected how they treat ordinary punters.

• Not what expected

  Poor service, staff grumpy and unhelpful. Don’t believe their claims of a one our service. I have been a couple of times now. Each time I phoned in advance to ask how long an alteration would take. I was promised a one hour service, however on arriving at the shop (5 mins later) was told that they are far too busy and it can only be done in a day. There are other alterations shops in the city centre!

  Excellent Tailors, very professional finish. My jacket had frayed at the edges and they trimmed it with ribbon a perfect solution. Good value and open on Sundays, thoroughly recommended.
