My insurance company employed property reapir network after a minor flood in my son's bedrom. Thye have been incompetent,rude and unhelpful. Do not use them.

My insurance comapny organised for PRN to replace a ceiling and wooden floor and redecorate after water damage to my son's room. The estimate was for nearly £2000 for 2 weeks work. Thay started at 9am monday and declared the job finsihed at lunch on wednesday. it looks terrible - they've ruined £200 of wooden floor, put up a terrible ceiling, not replaced any of the wall they were supposed to (just put a plaster skim over the old, warped plasterboard panels. the woodwork is varnished (but it was filthy, so ther dirt is sealed in). two days later I've finally managed to get hold of somebody who tells me the office is shut and he can't deal with it until Monday. Avoid this firm. the tradesmen they employ tell me a lot have been laid off recently and the firm may go under soon as several insurance companies have stopped giving them work.
