Sakol Publishing Ltd is a UK based web design, development and marketing company. We commenced operations in 1996 designing and constructing commercial websites including our own holiday cottage portal sites. Since 1999 we have seen the emergence of an extremely sophisticated and competent offshore web construction industry, with India predominant, and it soon became very apparent that it would cheaper for us to have time-consuming programming done there than do it ourselves. So we set about putting together a team of highly qualified professionals who could develop and construct quality websites featuring shopping carts, payment gateways, content management systems, and databases driven applications etc., for much less cost than we ourselves could! We found them... and today, under our supervision, our professional staff in India can design, construct and market sophisticated websites at prices considerably lower than similar UK based web designers. Note however that our UK Office will liaise with the client and continues to design the website and edit or create appropriate content.
