Awful Company

Got a good quote from this company and they seemed competent. They are NOT. A truly horrific experience. We paid for them to pack, but their idea of packing was to upend drawers into boxes. They were also trying to finish quickly to get to another job which meant all our furniture was put into our new house as quickly as possible - it was like a warehouse. We also didnt appreciate the indoor plants and sofa left outside in the snow, which we didn't even notice until the next day, such was the disarray. (the plants did not survive). We asked for some points in a letter of complaint to be addressed. They ignored it and merely offered to pay back the tip we paid the removal men (they still worked hard even if badly). I'd advise people to go elsewhere, as this company, in our experience, is nothing more than a few blokes in 2 hire vans.
