Comment posted by so-called customer could lead to loss business. I would ask that all reviews are carefully screened in future to ensure that they a from a genuine source.

Having discovered a bed bug infestation on our premises (after a trip to an amsterdam youth hostel) we contacted ENTEK after a google search.. We were advised by the so-called company director Jamie Devlin that a trained professional would be with us the next day by 10am. The following day we waited, and waited some more, till finally in the afternoon, we tried ringing the company. The first call was answered, and promptly hung up. Afterwards the phone just rang out. The next day we called again, spoke again with 'Jamie' and were told that a mixup had occurred and someone would be out that day. After one more full day of waiting (and need I say more call dodging on the companys' part) we contacted another agency who were not only prompt and efficient, but who adsvised us that ENTEK are regarded as something of a laughing stock within the industry as being unreliable and second rate. We have since advised most of our neighbours and friends of this in the event they ever need to contact a pest control agency.
