Best Burgers In Glasgow

Ad Lib is located on Hope Street across from the Central Station. My husband and I have eaten at Ad Lib many times, and every time has been wonderful. When you first walk into the building the front half is set up in a more pub type atmosphere with a bar and smaller tables. We usually sit through the back end which is more open and set up like a proper restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. There are always a candle on the table, music playing, and glass roof to look through which is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful which makes the experience of eating here nice. Every time we go to Ad Lib my husband and I order the gourmet burgers. The burgers are out of this world, the right blend of spices, perfectly cooked, hand formed patties. My husband always orders the "Classic Aberdeen Angus Burger" and I get the "Classic Aberdeen Angus Burger" topped with Stilton and red onion chutney. There are many other choices on the menu, but I highly recommend the burgers. The prices are very reasonable as well about �£9 for a good sized plate including the gourmet burger and chips.
