  My elderly parents paid cash for a leather suit last year. The back of the sofa was delivered with a faulty zip,so does not stay up, Despite numerous telephone calls they have constantly been fobed off with various stories and excuses and are STILL waiting on a repair, customer service does NOT exsist!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Won't be back

  Ordered a new suite on 3rd of July, due October 10th, but estimate "some time week of 18th". Not sure it will arrive even at this date, as very difficult to speak with anyone with any authority. My own fault for signing such a one sided contract with this business which allows them virtually to deliver any time and gives approximate long delivery times. Have contacted one person in authority who has sent a totally offensive letter accusing my husband of trying to find fault to "get out of the contract". I overheard his original phone call and this was never said. Let me say here, I want the suite - BUT - I fear that if there is any problem we will get no help from this business. It was supposed to be a new suite design but only a few weeks later was "out of production". Customer service is really poor, I cannot believe that a business can treat customers this way in this day and age. I wish we had read the reviews on this web site before placing our order. I still have no idea when my suite will arrive, I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I do blame myself though for signing such a one-sided contract, but the sales people were very plausible and unfortunately we believed them.

  i wil never use or reccomend this company ever i purchased two sofas £2900 if i could i would put them out for the refuse collector mr a.d.mcrobbie never responded to my letters mrs susan gray said in a three page letter to me all lies that i requested a change of specification this was after their attempted repair do not let trading standards deal with your case find out if you have legal assistance on your home insurance policy if their were enough people with similar complaints against this mob mabye watchdog would feature them on their programe

  Very very disappointed with my purchase of a leather sofa and 2 matching chairs at a cost of over £1600. I am unhappy with the quality of the material which is easily scratched / damaged. I'm not satisfied with the customer service I have received either and much prefered my previous sofas (and dealings) with Reids Furniture. I personally will never use In Style again for any purchase and would not recommend them.
