Brief description

Timpson Locksmiths operate both a regular and a 24 hour a day emergency locksmith service in Bishopbriggs for homes, businesses and vehicles. We can help if you are locked out (or locked in) or have lost your keys, have damaged or faulty locks, have suffered the misfortune of needing burglary repairs, or have just moved house and are worried about who else still has keys. We work with doors, windows, garages, fire-escapes, etc. everyday. Our specialist services include Door Entry and Access Control, Safe & Vault opening, Key and Locker Management Systems and Master Keyed Locks and Systems.

We were getting keys cut for a car. We were missold a rather expensive chipped key under the false pretence that if it was the incorrect key there would be no trouble exchanging it. When taking the key back as it was the incorrect key for the purpose for which it was required I was treated like a child by the incredibly rude man behind the counter. I will never use this business again and they have a lot to learn about how they sell to their customers and how they treat them. My whole family used them for many things over the years but no more. Since posting this issue has been resolved very efficiently by Timpson head office. They have been very good at sorting this issue out to our satisfaction and have gone some way to restoring our faith in the company.
