I have a broad background, having completed a trades aprenticeship as a blacksmith as well as attending university and business school. To me customer satisfaction is paramount, from initial contact through to after care service. With a well equiped workshop and a willingness to invest in specialised equipment and in additional training I hope to be able to provide superior service to my customers.
