completely let my partner down

after the birth of our first child my partner decided she needed to learn to drive. Ians site looked good and my partner signed up to a block of ten. My partner hadhad lessons a few years ago so knew the basics. After every lesson she did not feel she was progressing and upon asking ian how she was doing it was like talking to a brick wall. As my partner haad her own car and was insured as a learner then i thought i would take her out for some more experience. Even i could see she wasnt far from her test. She contacted ian to book her next lesson and as the block booking had now all been used, she was just paying as she went along. Ian ten told her he coulent take her out for 3 weeks, he was full of xcuses fobbing her off. To make it worse this was through texr, so so unprofessional We quickly got cherish another instructor with whom she had only a handful of lessons and passed first time. Avoid this guy
