  Allison Autos is by far the best garage I have been to. The staff there are very friendly and polite and helpful. the free pick up and drop off service was a great help and they done a wonderfull job as i had already been to 2 different garages. They informed me before they done any repairs to my car and gave me quotes every time wich was very helpfull and not to expensive. I would recomend this garage to any one that is needing a repair to there car.

• SUB STANDARD WORK

  I would certainly never use this garage again. I had paid for a complete new exhaust system for my car and when I was driving along the road there was a horrific sound, turns out the exhaust was hitting off prop shaft (very dangerous) anyway they fixed that and after having car inspected we were told that the gasket had blown, incorrect parts had been fitted and the gasket had been stuffed with putty. The owner of this company is very rude and unprofessional and when I approached her about the sub standard repairs carried out she starting screaming and pointing. The mechanic who completed the work was not much better he could not answer any reasonable questions put to us. There seems to be something extremely dodgy about this garage and the one next door (Glencryan Motors) also owned by the same person. They have no V.A.T. number and added an extra £55.00 onto the bill after having previously provided us with a quote. I am presently in the course of considering court action about these bunch of cowboys!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company's rating is incorrect, I clicked on the button by mistake so they have only been reviewed by one person (probably the owner) If you wish a safe vehicle DO NOT use either of these garages.
