I have been to bonny pack many times over the years, but this Christmas was different the staff where very rude and one kept falling me about and it put me off what I was looking for and then I asked the guy that was falling me if he knew where the Christmas cards where and it took him about 20 minutes to find them and then because it was Really busy I was another 30 minutes in the queue and I had trolly full of stuff, spent £300. Then a few weeks later I received a £100 parking fine 😳 for being 1 minute and 20 seconds over the 90 minute time limit , which a bloody joke , I took my receipt and explained about the 30 minute delay at till ,also the staff taking so long to find me a box of Xmas cards, I also explained that I come every year and the parking was free last year and the signs to notify customers are very small. But the didn’t care more money for them , it’s a win win for Bonny pack. I will never ever go back again.

Just received a £100 parking fine from this company after buying £150 worth of goods. Absolutely ridiculous as I had no idea they started charging for parking. I was shopping on behalf of a community centre who will now have to fork out money they can I'll afford. SHOCKING won't ever be back!!!

I had to pay 100 pounds parking fee for keeping the car few minutes beyond 90 minutes. I did show them the bill as well. No help.

This shop is a scam Beware ... you will be billed £100 for parking in the "free" car park if you phone them they will just hang up the phone and stop answering it 1 spent over £200 was held up in the que and was 4 minuets 20 seconds over the 90 minuets allowed ( yes they count it in seconds ) I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP

I used Bonnypack cash and carry before Christmas. I spent money in the shop and bought a tea and roll from the van in the car park. I now find I have £100 fine fir staying longer than 90 minutes in their car park. It’s outrageous ….. I will never go back.

Bonnypack its self has a good all round choice of goods and may very well stock the item your looking for ... But Beware !! .... if you choose to park in their customer car park and shop too long in Bonnypack you will receive a parking violation through the post for violating the terms and conditions which are displayed in the small print in the car park. So they will charge you for spending your money with them ....So Beware !

I have visited this wholesale outlet a few times, and have found it to average, the prices look fair at face value however, when you add vat it is a different story, many items are available at B & M at better prices, then we come to the staff , what an ignorant shower.honestly who do they think they are? correct nothing , Bonny pak never again.

I drove 20 miles to get to Bonnypack today, so that my little boy could spend his pocket money as he did last Saturday. I brought my newborn premature twins with me. I clipped both their car seats onto the frame of the pram and was about to go in when I was turned away for having a pram by a horrible man who made me cry. There was nowhere to conceal any goods I might have chosen to steal as I only had the frame with the seats clipped on. Needless to say, I won't be back (which is a shame as I've spent a fortune there over the years) and my friends wll be boycotting it too. This is discrimination and I am considering taking it further.

A great shop to get anything you could think off PLUS with great great bargains! You'd never find prices like it anywhere else. I always shop here for households items..

My wife and I would buy tons of things at Bonny Pack when we were students in Glasgow in the eighties.. We still have some of the stuff we bought --and it's thirty years ago!! I am so happy to learn it is still thriving. We have never been back to Scotland since we moved to India in 1988 , but should we return , we will surely visit once again.
