Nightmare experience of renting a property from Concept.

I can honestly say that renting a property from this terrible agency was one of the worst things I have ever done. The property was already in poor condition when we moved in and to our shock they seldom carried out repairs when they were reported. There was mould in one of the bedrooms and on the landing. The cooker broke down and they didn't replace it. They seldom responded to emails and if they did they didn't carry out the work which they promised to do. Several times our health was put at risk through their negligence. I am so glad that we no longer have to live in one of their properties as the owner was untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs, please for your own sanity and safety, use a reputable letting agency as this disgusting company could make your life a misery. I do not know how they get away with providing such a poor service.
