SHOCKING
I whitnessed a Mcdade coach cut off a friend badly this morning, Was not acceptable, I nearly went in to the back of her as she had to break suddenly and I had children in the car, Does not even deserve one star but I have too!

Worst Driving I Have Ever Witnessed
Was badly cut off on the main road of Motherwell today by a McDade Coach.. instead of following the driver (he actually pulled into the same place I was going, Motherwell College) I figured I would call the company and place a complaint with a manager. Only to be received on the phone by a very blase woman who sounded like she could not give two hoots whether her driver was driving like a possessed maniac or not! Won't be using this company, purely because of the standard of customer service. (That's a bit generous... SOME customer service would be nice)! On telling my college tutor what had happened, he commented "I saw a McDade coach cut a mini up at the main gate this morning.. he was going so fast and so tight around a corner, he nearly took the wing mirror off.." it should be noted that I had not told him it was a McDade Coach that cut me off previously.
