Absolute B***S***

What poor, shoddy and down right deceitful people. At first encounters perfectly nice, and at my two years living in one of their flats I was actually quite happy with their service. When we moved in the flat was nothing other than what can be described as dirty and run down, but with the numerous boiler problems, shower problems and oh did I mention roof caving in problems they were quick to respond when getting them fixed. So when it came to moving out, to say thank you for their help over the years we decided to leave the place far cleaner than when we left (mopped and hovered floors, clean toilet and all bins emptied etc) . So you can imagine the surprise we got when they refused to give us back ANY of our deposit and when asked what the charges were for, they rattled of a list of down right lies. They stated a £18.33 charge for replacement shower curtain and rubbish removal when I had for a fact replaced the shower curtain myself a few months earlier as the one we had moved into was mouldy and there was definitely no rubbish. Well S&D you lulled us into a false sense of security and regret ever giving you our business. I shall do whatever I can to make sure no one I knows lets with you again. Good Riddence
